A little bit

Aaron's got a busy couple months ahead of him. With the filming of Dream Season:Celebrity, solo shows and appearances booked, and an expected solo album release for Spring 2010. Aside from the Better Life Foundation show Dec. 5th, Aaron is playing the All-Star Christmas show Dec. 3rd. Click here for details.

Here is a review from the Kansas City Creed show last month along with a photo. Also, click here to check out some cool candids from Summerfest a couple months ago and here for some shots from Nova Rock.

Found this very cool, somewhat of a timeline of the solo shows Aaron has played over the years.

Creed tour comes to a close

According to a source Aaron will continue shooting his portions of Dream Season: Celebrity this weekend that will air at some point in 2010. It's bound to be a awesome show, the way they talk about it reminds me of being up north in Michigan again. More updates will happen over the fall, but they will most likely be old goodies from past and previous tours until new current information becomes available. Here are some excellent things from this tour to check out.

Ever wonder about the lighting Staind used during Stimulate This! and their part of the Creed tour? Click here to see what and information about them.

Click here for a review and photo gallery from the Tulsa, OK show.

Click here to read an interview Mike did Oct. 9th. Also, an interesting little article promoting the Littlejohn Coliseum show, Mike talks a little bit about the locations of shows and how they're spread out.

Aaron Lewis was interviewed and quoted for a new book, it's gonna be a must read. Check him out in Chicken Soup for the Soul: The Story Behind the Song.

Click here for photos when Staind played Littlejohn Coliseum Oct. 13th. Some more awesome photography to check out here and here too. Click here for photos from their Irvine performance Sept. 30th as well.

Some Creed, Some Stimulate This!

With only a handful of dates left for the Creed tour, Staind are about to have a much needed and well deserved break. Then come January Aaron will be doing solo shows again and blowing the roof off every venue so if you have the opportunity to go, definitely take it. Here are some updates of what's been going on during the Creed tour, as well as a couple goodies from the previous tour.

A couple articles about the tour can be read here, here, and here.

Radio stations gave some meet and greet and soundcheck chances to some lucky winners, click here to check out what Buzz did and here for what The Blaze did. Also, more Staind in New Orleans. Be prepared for when Staind rock the Planet Birthday Bash, Click here for details and visit their website for up to minute details the night of the show.

Click here for photos from the Utah performance.

During the Stimulate This! tour, Aaron showed off his archery skills for some soldiers as posted before but the video was yet to be released. From the Pentagon Channel, check it out here and enjoy.

Finally, for any acoustic guitar players out there, Aaron is an endorsee of SIT Strings and recommends them above any else, click here to check out his quote and an article about the endorsement. Even though this is from 2008, I think many may have overlooked his recommendation.

Bittersweet evening

Have a couple more updates from the tour thus far and a little bit from my experience at the AZ show last night. Since it was such a packed area the buses were out of sight, I did however win a meet and greet with Staind and Creed through Jobing.com arena. After meeting Creed it came to my disappointment only find out Staind canceled theirs so I didn't get to speak with them. Their set was electrifying as they always are, but I kinda felt like at this show it was just another day at the office for Aaron. He repeated what he said the first show of this tour and really seemed distant from people except for playing Outside sitting right at the end of the walkway stage. I did hang a little bit with Lo-Pro after and they are a great group of guys. Having already been a fan before it only cemented my liking for them upon the meeting. Aaron treats these guys right and they really deserve a bigger following. Anyway on to the updates......

Click here to view a cool interview from one of the TX stops during the Stimulate This tour!

The Creed and Staind concert at Woodlands recently will be released on DVD this November. Click here and for details. Click here for some photos from the show.

Sideline Pros has some excellent shots of their performance in Dallas. Check them out. A review of the show can be read here as well.

Finally, before playing the Jobing.com arena in Glendale, Mike and Aaron treated radio contest winners (I came so close) to an acoustic performance in their studio and talked a bit with the DJs on air including family life, touring, the Catch a Dream Foundation, and Aaron's appearance on the Outdoor channel in 2010. Click here for photos.

Only a handful of dates left for this Creed tour, then it's break time and Aaron will be blazing solo again in the beginning of 2010. Check staind.com and other sites for dates and keep your eyes and ears open for when Aaron's outdoor show airs. 2010 should turn out to be another great year.
